Paid plans, credit packs, and usage limits are described on our pricing pages. Fees are billed according to the plan you select. Except where required by law, charges already processed are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

X Grok Imagine, its branding, software, and documentation remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us the rights needed to host and process it for service delivery.

AI Output

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to content generated for others, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or relying on it.

Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Suspension and Termination
